Three of Italy’s flagship products are Pasta, Wine and Cheese, and you’ll sample all of them with this wine, gnocchi and mozzarella experience on the Amalfi Coast. Immerse yourself in the history of this family-run farmhouse.
Visit the farm on the Amalfi Coast countryside, milk a cow, make fresh mozzarella and handmade gnocchi, enjoy homemade wine, and finish with lemon tiramisù — all shared around our family table.
- Visit the wine cellar and try organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown at the farm’s vineyards. Learn the origin of our grapes, the methods of production. The wine tasting is paired with a selection of organic cold cuts.
- The farm-owner will show the process to make Mozzarella “fior di latte” using cow’s milk, a typical product of Agerola, a town up on the Amalfi Coast where artisan dairy production represents an excellence.
- Put your hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, “mettere le mani in pasta” to make Gnocchi during a hand on cooking class. You’ll use the mozzarella cheese previously produced to make a delicious local dish.
- Enjoy a delicious gnocchi dish, the freshly made mozzarella, all accompanied by a nice glass of organic wine.
- Finish your meal with a traditional dessert indulgence and a homemade limoncello.
