During this culinary experience you will taste the local organic wine in the place of its production, an ancient winery on the Amalfi Coast that produces from its vineyards of Aglianico, Piedirosso and Catalanesca.
Immerse yourself in the history of this family-run farmhouse, a typical local family long time history wine producer. Visit the winery and try your hands at making traditional fior di latte, mozzarella made with cow’s milk, a typical product of Agerola, a town up on the Amalfi Coast where artisan dairy production represents an excellence.
Assist and try your hand at making traditional mozzarella fior di latte, then enjoy it together with other delicacies produced on the farm, such as seasonal vegetables cooked according to local tradition, charcuterie produced in the farm, goat cheese. All washed down with organic wine from the cellar, produced in the farm.
A homemade dessert and limoncello made with lemons from the property’s lemon groves, will make the most delicious end of this experience.
