• Our Ancestors Tour Family Heritage program is specially designed to help you trace your lineage back through the years, identify the men and woman who formed your family and hopefully reconnect you with long lost Italian family members. We take all and any family information you can provide us and hand it over to our experienced team who will work to identify the names and places from your past.
  On your arrival, you will be able to visit the towns and villages where your ancestors lived and worked. Imagine standing in the shadow of a centuries-old church, the same church where your great-grandparents were married, perhaps even seeing their names etched into the weathered stone. Or wandering through the narrow streets of a quaint village, where every corner holds a clue to your family’s past. These are truly special moments.
• But the journey doesn’t end there. During your program, we include a range of activities designed to immerse you in the essence of your ancestors’ homeland. Our guests have loved the cooking classes we organised for them to learn the traditional recipes their great-grandmothers undoubtedly made, and are often struck by certain flavours that remind them of the home cooking they grew up with. We also organise wine tastings at local vineyards, where you’ll sample the flavors of the area while soaking up its ancient landscapes.
  Our expert guides will walk you through your family’s town, providing insight into the daily life of past generations and explaining how the men and women of past times went about their business. And, step by step, you’ll come closer to understanding of your family’s heritage. Go for a picnic in the nearby countryside, or let us organise a delicious spa treatment or wellness activity, specially designed to help you unwind in the tranquil setting of your ancestral land. Each activity not only offers a memorable experience but also serves as a means of connecting with the surroundings that shaped your family’s history.
• Those of you seeking a more contemplative experience might want to visit the cemetery where your ancestors are laid to rest, paying your respects paragraph with fewer and honoring their memory with a bouquet of fresh flowers. Or you could spend an afternoon poring over old records and documents at the local archives, piecing together the puzzle of your family’s history one clue at a time.
  But no matter how you choose to spend your time, one thing is certain – the sense of personal satisfaction that comes from discovering your family’s roots is unlike anything else.
