Please review the following terms of service (the “Terms of Service”), which will govern your registration with and use of the Experience Amalfi Coast website www.experienceamalficoast.com (the “Site”), including all content and services provided by Experience Amalfi Coast (“Experience Amalfi Coast,” “us,” “we” or “our”) on or in conjunction with the Site including, but not limited to, booking our services (the “Services”).
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do so, we will post the changes on this page.
Site Access and Registration
We hereby grant you permission to use the Site as set forth in these Terms of Service provided that: your use of the Site is solely for your personal use; you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without Experience Amalfi Coast’s prior written authorisation; you will not alter or modify any part of the Site other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose; and you will otherwise comply with these Terms of Service.
You agree not to: take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site’s infrastructure; use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on the Site; attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up of the Site; delete or alter any material we or any other person or entity posts on the Site; or otherwise take any action in violation of our guidelines and policies.
You may register for an account on the Site (an “Account”). To use certain portions of the Site, you are not required to sign up for an Account. However, there are features of the Site, such as accessing your order history, require you to register for an Account.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your Account password secure. You may never use another person’s Account or registration information for the Site without that person’s permission.
Booking and Payment
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information at the time you make a reservation. For your protection, our payment processor uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry standard verification systems to reduce fraud.
Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee.
Services with duration less than 24 hours:
For some of the Services with duration less than 24 hours, you can pay initially only a deposit to finalise the booking. The balance will be requested by us, at our discretion, either through a second online payment or payment in person before the start of the Service.
For other Services with duration less than 24 hours the full payment of the price of the Service will be required at the time of booking.
Group Services (Activities, Excursion where your group share the Service with other participants) usually require a minimum number of travellers to run. The payment and confirmation of reservation will be finalised when the minimum number of participants is reached and in any case not later than 24 hours before the Service begins.

Changes and Cancellation by You
You may cancel reservations to Activities Tours and Excursions which duration is less than 24 hours, up to 72 hours prior to the service date and receive 100% refund, less any irrecoverable fee to process the payment. After this term, no refund will be issued.
By booking a tour you confirm you are aware of its cancellation/modification policy. In case you need to cancel, please contact and notify us by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tours and services provided on the Site are rain or shine though there may be variations due to weather conditions. No-shows for all tours are treated as last-minute cancellations and no refund will be issued. When tours are cancelled by us for bad weather, because of force major or for any other reason, we will make full refund.
Should you wish to make any changes to your reservation you must request said changes as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours before the date and time of your reservation. While we will attempt to accommodate your change request, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If we cannot, you will have the option to maintain the existing reservation or to cancel as set forth in sections above. Any change is subject to availability and to possible administrative fees.
For Multi-day programs: before finalising the reservation you’ll be sent a detailed document with all the conditions and details of the contract including terms for booking, payments policies and deadlines, cancellation terms and other conditions. Changes and Cancellation by us
We will make every reasonable effort to provide the Services in accordance with the descriptions provided on our Site. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your reservation or cancel confirmed reservations, we reserve the right to do so should it become necessary or advisable. If we cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund, less any irrecoverable fees to process the payment
Experience Amalfi Coast reserves the right to change itineraries and/or times due to compelling forces and is not liable for unexpected closing of museums and archeological sites. Experience Amalfi Coast is not liable for delays, strikes, irregularities in city traffic or any other type of damage caused by third parties.
Please note that some of the Services (Group Services: activities, excursion where your group share the Service with other participants) require a minimum number of participants to run. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/activity or a full refund, at your choice. We will notify you of cancellation for this reason no later than 24 hours before the date of the reservation.
If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements.
Medical Conditions, Disabilities and General Health
If you make a reservation for a Service, we will assume that you have no medical conditions, disabilities, general health issues or food or allergy issues (“Medical Conditions”) that would prevent or hamper you from participating in the Services. In the event that you do in fact have any Medical Conditions, we will attempt to accommodate said Medical Conditions when we can and it is reasonable to do so. However, we do not guarantee that we or the venue can or will make any such accommodations. In the event that you cannot participate in the Services because of undisclosed Medical Conditions, we may, in our sole discretion, offer a substitute Service or cancel your reservation without refund.
It is essential that at the time of booking any and all participant food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements be communicated to us. It is each participant’s sole responsibility to take care of their own dietary needs. Subject to the aforementioned, Experience Amalfi Coast will try to accommodate special food requests but will not be responsible for food allergies, dietary needs or restrictions. If any participant has a food allergy, please advise, although we cannot make any guarantees for changes or modifications to meals to accommodate allergies or dislikes. If any participant has a life-threatening food allergy, we advice them not to book our Services. If any participant chooses to book our Services, they are taking the risks associated with their food allergies and any adverse health or medical event(s) associated with such allergies and intolerances.
Please contact us or the appropriate venue if you are unsure about whether you are able to participate in a Service.
Trip Participation and Your Conduct
Adequate and valid travel insurance for your chosen itinerary is compulsory for all travellers. We recommend you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.
You accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and any or all other members of your group. We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to terminate your tour or that of any member of your group whose conduct we or our guides consider disruptive or detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests, or whose conduct may prejudice our reputation, all in our sole discretion. In such event we shall have no further responsibility or liability to you. No refund or payment of any costs incurred by you will be made by us under these circumstances.
Third Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third party websites, services or other resources on the internet (“External Sites”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content on such External Sites. The content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content (“User Content”) to the Site, so long as you represent and warrant that the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages.
If you do post content or submit material, you grant “Experience Amalfi Coast” a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant us and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose to do so in our discretion. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post.
Intellectual Property Rights
All information and content available on the Site and its “look and feel,” except all User Content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio/video clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organisation thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of the Experience Amalfi Coast. The reproduction and use of any of these by you is prohibited unless specific permission is provided by us. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws.
Photos and Videos
“Experience Amalfi Coast” reserves the right to use photograph/video taken during the Services or at any event sponsored by “Experience Amalfi Coast” without further consent or written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by us including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, individuals will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. If you do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution, please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your reservation.
You may not use any photographs or videos recorded during the Services for commercial purposes.
Tour programs can be modified owing to cause beyond our control. The liability of the organising agency cannot in any event be greater than what is provided by the act of law no. 1084 dated 27/12/1977 on which the excursions are based. The organising agency declines liability for any additional expenses owing to delays, strikes, insurrection hostilities or illegality, God’s acts and any acts of Authority. For any act of jurisdiction, the tribunal of Napoli shall be invoked and Italian law applied.
The guides that provide the services advertised on this site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of “Experience Amalfi Coast”. “Experience Amalfi Coast” is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representation, warranties, breaches, negligences or misconduct of any such guide or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom or otherwise arising from your booking of the service or your use of the service.
You expressly release Experience Amalfi Coast from any claim of harm resulting from a cause beyond our control, including, without limitation, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, access devices, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, or natural disasters, strikes, or other labor problems, war, terrorism, cyberterrorism, epidemics, pandemics, or governmental orders or restrictions.
