Overview

Discover this historical pasta factory established in 1820 and located in Gragnano, the International Capital of Pasta.
We’ll first visit the Museum of this Pasta factory and discover its long time history, the old tools, tecniques they used for the pasta production. We’ll learn how the quality of the ingredients, knowledge and meteorological conditions used to and still play a crucial role for the production of artisanal excellent pasta.
We’ll be helped in this journey also from the latest tecnology of virtual reality.
We’ll also visit where the Gragnano Pasta production take place.
Finally we’ll  immerse ourself in this historical environment and start a pasta cooking class together with the Pasta factory owner tha will disclose all the sicrets to make the best quality of pasta. Each day of the week they produce different kind of pasta, so the type of pasta we’ll be making might be one from the following list: Ravioli, Pappardelle, Cannelloni, Fusilli, Cannelloni, Gnocci, Pasta Roll.
In the kitchen of the small restaurant, part of the old factory, the pasta and souce will be prepared with local ingredient to indulge in a generous portion of the best pasta in Italy paired with select local wine.
