Put your hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, “mettere le mani in pasta”: use the ingredients, local products, tools and all the detailed information and tricks provided by the farmhouse owner to make two types of pasta, typically: tagliatelle and ravioli.
Learn how to prepare a traditional sauce using ingredients from the farm, in particular organic vegetables. - Enjoy delicious traditional food:the two types of handmade pasta you made, accompanied with a nice glass of organic local wine.
