• In the morning, meet your guide and walk down to the center of Amalfi. Amalfi is dominated by itsimpressive Duomo that combines an Arab-Norman style facade with indoor baroque architecture and bright colored tiles.
See Amalfi, Italy’s oldest maritime republic, like a local with our private English-speaking guide who will unveil the local culture, food and history.
With your guide, stroll along the town’s narrow alleyways, learning all about Amalfi’s history, discovering its cultural treasures and ending with a limoncello tasting. Tour lasts 2.5/3 hours.
After your tour, grab a quick bite for lunch on your own (not included), an enjoy a little free time. Then, make your way back up to your hotel on foot to rest and freshen up.
• In the afternoon, it’s time for your cooking class. Your cooking class highlights the simplicity of local
ingredients, traditional cooking methods, family recipes, and some secrets that have been passed
down from generation to generation. These secrets will become part of your story too.
• The cooking class location is really quite special and offers incredible views down over the coast.
Enjoy a visit to a terraced vegetable garden and harvest fresh ingredients. With an expert Italian chef,
create local dishes such as bruschetta, a seasonal pasta dish, and lemon tiramisù. Now it’s time to sit
back, soak up the view and enjoy the dishes you prepared, accompanied with local wine. Water, Amalfi limoncello, Neapolitan coffee are also included.

In the morning Walk down to the port of Amalfi for your private Capri boat excursion.
This boat tour, starting from Amalfi, will give you the opportunity to enjoy a complete view of the island with its enchanting coves and grottos. En route to Capri, admire the breathtaking coastline
of Praiano, Positano, the natural reserve of Punta Campanella, and the islands of Li Galli. Soft drinks will be served on board.
Right after reaching the Faraglioni rocks, probably the most scenic spot in Capri, stop for a relaxing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Green Cave and White Cave. This sail round the island helps you fully appreciate the coast of Capri, the unique landscapes and its breathtaking views; the Natural Arch, Villa Malaparte and Marina Piccola.

Once on the island, visit Capri’s center and viewpoints. Stroll through the Piazzetta, the heart of glamorous Capri, and the main shopping streets. Walk along the elegant via Tragara, ending at a belvedere with some of the best views over the Faraglioni. Walk to
Augustus’ Gardens where you’ll be able to enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of the island.
This is a full-day excursion departing and returning to Amalfi.

• In the morning, transfer from your hotel in Amalfi to a Winery in the Amalfi Coast. In Tramonti, discover an unexpected gem of the Amalfi
Coast; uncontaminated nature, old vineyards, churches and lovely villages where time seems to have stopped. Tramonti, located in the green and fertile regional park of the Lattari Mountains, right above
the Amalfi Coast, is characterized by abundant terraces cultivated with vineyards, lemon and olive groves.
Along with your local expert, you'll visit the vineyards and the cellar of an 18th-century farm. We will learn about unique indigenous grape varieties: Tintore, Piedirosso, Pepella, Falanghina
and Ginestra. After the tour, enjoy a tasting of four DOC wines of the Amalfi Coast with local food pairing lunch. Includes: appetizer, main course pasta dish, local cheese and salami.
• After lunch, proceed to Ravello.
Meet your guide who will help you discover Ravello, the elegant international City of Music, which sits
on a promontory 350 metres above the Mediterranean Sea offering spectacular views over the other
towns of the Amalfi Coast. Historically, Ravello has been an inspiring escape for artists, writers,
intellectuals, musicians, and composers such as Wagner, Toscanini, Escher, Mirò and Lawrence.
• Walk through the historical center until you reach Villa Cimbrone whose origins date back to the 11th century; the Villa and its wide elegant gardens are located in a strategic position, standing at the edge of the cliffs and offering dramatic views over Amalfi’s coastline. Pause for a moment at the Terrazzo dell’Infinito (Terrace of Infinity), a natural balcony embellished with impressive marble busts, with a
180-degree view of the coastline and the distinctive, colorful Mediterranean landscape with its terraced lemon groves.
Wander along the ancient alleyways, pass churches and nobleman’s residences while your guide unveils the most interesting stories of this town’s long history.
Return to your hotel with your driver.

Here, you will explore one of the best-preserved archaeological sites in the world and discover the fascinating history of Pompeii with a two-hour private guided tour of the ancient ruins. Pompeii is one of the most unique archaeological sites in the world, where time stopped 2,000 years ago. Its ruins are listed as a “UNESCO World Heritage Patrimony”.
• After Pompeii, proceed to a local winery located on a gentle slope of Mount Vesuvius, one of only a few active volcanoes in continental Europe.
In the heart of the Vesuvius national park, the adventure begins: your professional guide will tell the fascinating story of a territory made of lava and pyroclastic flows that have forged the different faces
of the volcano today. This is where the legendary wine Lacryma Christi was born, from 'divine tears' according to legend.
During your visit, stop at the winery’s terrace and soak up the stunning views over the Sorrento Coast, the island of Capri, Pompeii, and Vesuvius itself.
After your visit to the vineyards, enjoy a tasting of 5 wines, produced in this area since Ancient Roman times, accompanied by delicious food prepared with local ingredients, celebrating the flavors of this volcanic land.
Lunch is served in a panoramic spot and includes an antipasto, first course, second course, and dessert.

• In the morning transfer to Sorrento. Start your day with a visit to an organic historical lemon-farm, walking through the citrus and olive groves and learning about the farm’s history, production and traditional farming techniques. Enjoy then the farm’s products: fresh lemonade, orange and lemon homemade jams, extra virgin olive oil with homemade bread.
Join a Limoncello making demonstration and tasting, learn the family recipe.
Enjoy a farm guided tour and Mozzarella making demonstration with tastings. Here you can sample and enjoy the freshly made “fior di latte mozzarella”, ricotta, caciottina. There’ll be also a tasting of the Provolone del Monaco Dop aged cheese, all accompanied by a glass of organic wine.
After teasing your palate, it is time for an hands-on pizza making class. Learn how to make a typical Neapolitan Pizza Margherita and then sink your teeth into the creations followed by homemade dessert and coffee.
Free time to visit Sorrento center.

• With your driver proceed to Positano. Few places evoke the feeling of “la dolce vita” as much as Positano. This tiny town is nested on the Amalfi Coast, its pastel-colored villas clinging to the cliffside.
This Moorish-style village was populated by the ancient Romans as confirmed by the recent excavation of a Roman residential villa.
Over time, the town has attracted artists, celebrities and writers and has kept its charm, with colourful winding alleyways filled with welcoming cafés, patisseries, trattorias serving local cuisine, sun-kissed terraces, and tiny artisan shops selling Positano fashion, handmade sandals, ceramics and limoncello.
With your driver return to Amalfi.
